Make calls using your IntelCall Phone Card from any touch-tone telephone in the United States, and most other places worldwide. Use the comprehensive instructions below to help guide you to make your call - whether you are using a plastic or virtual card. Use these instructions for calling:

• Within the USA
• From the USA to another country
• From abroad to the USA
• From one country to another international country

To make a call from the USA:

1. From touch-tone phones, enter the toll-free Access Number on your IntelCall PrePaid Phone Card. (See sample)
2. When asked press 2 to hear instructions in English, 3 for Spanish.
3. When asked enter the PIN. (See sample)
4. After inputting the PIN dial 1+ the area code followed by the telephone number (for calls within the Caribbean or Canada.
5. If you require another option, press the # key. Press #, then 4 to add extra minutes to the card.

To make a call from the USA to abroad:

1. From touch-tone phones, enter the Access Number (toll-free) of your IntelCall Phone Card. (See sample)
2. When asked press to hear instructions in either English (1), or (2) for Spanish.
3. When asked enter the PIN. (See sample)
4. When you have entered your PIN dial 011 + the Country Code + the City Code and then the telephone number. Do not input the zeros before the country or city codes: for example, if the code is 011, enter 11.
5. When you have finished your call, replace the receiver, or press the # key to make another call.

To make a call from an abroad to the USA:

1. From touch-tone phones, dial the provided IntelCall access number for the country you are phoning from.
2. When promoted to enter the telephone number, input the Access Number (without the '1') on your INTELCALL Phone Card. (See sample)
3. When asked press 2 to hear instructions in English, 3 for Spanish.
4. When asked enter your PIN. (See sample)
5. After entering the PIN dial 1 + Area Code and Number to complete the call.

Due to internal Government restrictions, PrePaid Card calling may not be available from every country. Call Customer Services for information regarding international calling before leaving the US.

To make calls from one international country to another:

1. From touch-tone phones, dial the IntelCall access number for the country you are calling from.
2. When asked to enter the telephone number, put in the access number you have been provided with (leaving out the 1) on your IntelCall Phone Card. (See sample)
3. When asked press 2 to hear instructions in English, 3 for Spanish.
4. When asked enter your PIN. (See sample)
5. When you have entered your PIN dial 013 + the Country Code then the City Code and lastly the telephone number. Do not input the zeros which start the country or city codes: For example, if the code is 011, enter 11.
6. When you have finished your call replace the receiver, or press the # key to make another call.
