Time has been deducted from my IntelCall PrePaid Phone Card, however the call failed. Will I get back a credit for this time?

One of our IntelCall Customer Service Representatives will check out the activity on your IntelCall PrePaid Phone Card in order that it can be reimbursed with the correct amount of minutes which may have been deducted in mistake. Please call the Customer Service number which was provided with your Card and when you call please have ready your toll-free Access Number and PIN.

When attempting to make a call, I received a message informing me that my IntelCall PrePaid Phone Card was not active and therefore the call would not go through. What do I do?

 IntelCallPrePaid Phone Cards become active at point of purchase. If you bought a virtual card on this website, please let us know what number was included on your confirmation e-mail. If you purchased your Card at a retail outlet, please take your receipt and pre-paid card back to the store where the card was purchased, in order to ensure it was activated properly. If you continue to get a status message indicating the card is inactive, even after it has been established as having been activated, please call Customer Services on the number on the back of your Card - please be ready to supply them with your toll-free Access Number and PIN.
